Pisces-Hope Restored
The Sun’s ingress into Pisces activates all water signs towards a renewal of hope.
It is quite the watery ingress for Pisces season this time around in 2024. Here in Michigan, all 3 water signs are being activated, with a Scorpio rising at 0 degrees, Pisces Sun at 0 degrees and a Cancer Moon at 0 degrees. The Sun and the Moon are in a waxing gibbous phase, which first began at the Aquarius New Moon on Feb 9th. The Moon is elevated in Cancer too, this is Luna’s safe space. Here the Moon is well-fed and cared for. This 0 degree mark initiates a coming Pisces season with all the marks of heightend sensitivity, intuition and emotional reception, and a perfect time to tune into the divine and the divinity within. This is a season of the spirit and soul reconnecting through faith.
The Sun moving through Pisces urges us to tune into the deeper flowing waters that course through our lives, this could be on a spiritual, emotional, creative plane. It is an introspective phase, where we are standing on the threshold of light and dark, winter and spring. Pisces is a mutable water sign, or double-bodied, it stands between the darkness and decrepitude of the winter season, and yet spring is stirring deep in the frozen tundra, shoots are going through a rebirth cycle, accumulating cavernous nutrients that the naked eye cannot see. This light is gathering and will eventually seek the surface.
This is Pisces, holding the darkness and yet hopeful, optimistic of the coming future. This is a period where we allow our mind and our heart to explore unlimited possibilities, and this zero degree ingress of Pisces season is asking this from us, a renewed sense of hope, optimism, creative and open flow.
